Is the game free?
Yes. The game is free to play, on a computer or a phone, right in the browser. Nothing to install.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play as a guest: your progress and the coins you win are kept in this browser, and skins for coins need no account. Buying with real money is coming soon: for it you will sign in with Google, so purchases are not lost when you change devices or clear the browser.
Does buying make my snake stronger?
No. Items in the shop change only how your snake looks. Everyone plays on equal terms.
Are there ads?
Only if you choose: a video you can watch for a reward. There are no ads when you open the game or while you play.
How old do I need to be?
The game is for players aged 13 and over. Players under 18 need a parent's permission to buy anything.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or the item never arrived, we refund in full. If you changed your mind, ask within 14 days. Write to [email protected] with your order number. When a refund applies is set out in Terms.
Someone has a rude name. What can I do?
Names that insult, threaten, contain hate, advertise or pretend to be someone else are not allowed, and the game turns many of them away. If you see one, write to us with the name and the time.
I found a bug. Where do I tell you?

How do I delete my data?
